How accurate is the AI classification?
Multiple independent providers parse each transaction; our patent-pending AI engine resolves disagreements and surfaces a result only when sources align. Measured against ground-truth audit samples, classified results are typically 85–95% accurate — anything below threshold is flagged for manual review rather than silently guessed at. The confidence score is an internal routing signal that gates the flagging decision, not a quality claim.
Do you store my wallet data?
No. We never connect to your wallet, ask for private keys, or store any personally identifiable information. We only read publicly available blockchain data using transaction hashes. We do use anonymized, aggregated classification data to improve our AI system over time — but this data is never linked to your account or wallet address.
What chains are supported?
85+ chains including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BSC, Solana, Avalanche, zkSync, Scroll, Linea, Blast, Fantom, Gnosis, and many more. Chain detection is automatic — just enter your hash.
Can I use this with Koinly?
Yes. Our CSV export is formatted to match Koinly's import format. Every transaction includes the exact tag Koinly expects — no manual mapping needed.
What counts as a "hash classification"?
Each unique transaction hash you submit counts as one classification. Re-running the same hash doesn't use another — results are cached. Free: 10 (anon) / 25 (signed-in) per month. Pro: unlimited. Firm: unlimited.
What is a "seat" on the Firm plan?
A seat is one accountant login with full access to unlimited classifications, the multi-client dashboard, portfolio analytics, and all features. The Firm plan includes 2 seats. Additional seats are $59/month each ($47/month on annual billing). Add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts immediately.
How does the Classification Explorer work?
Enter a wallet address or upload a CSV of transaction hashes. The Classification Explorer classifies each transaction through our multi-source pipeline and exports a Koinly-ready CSV — saving hours of manual work.
